The Opportunity
Lead ZoomInfo in creating award-winning user interfaces for new and existing products that are used by thousands of customers, as well as developing the user experience for a search engine that is visited by 5 million uniques per month, and is scaling to 10 million+.  In short: your work will be seen and used by a huge number of people.  Working closely with engineering and product managers for multiple business units, you'll be key in rapidly analyzing requirements, analyzing and diagramming use profiles and work flows, and developing highly usable and attractive interface solutions.  We want you to be passionate about user-centric design, able to translate technical specifications into creative solutions, and able to work well with others.  This is a key hire for us, and you will be a highly visible member of the ZoomInfo family.


What You'll Need to Land the Job:
• Minimum 3-5 years as an Information Architect, UI Designer, or User Experience engineer or Architect
• BS/MS in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology (or equivalent) a big plus
• Experience using usability testing applications a big plus
• Demonstrable skills and experience with wireframes, work flow diagrams, personas, and use case diagramming
• Solid understanding of user experience, interface design, and the software development process
• Experience developing compelling user experiences with online products, preferably in the Search space
• Ability to rapidly analyze and comprehend user requirements
• Ability to use good judgment in developing world class solutions with the right blend of standards and appropriateness
