The Opportunity

This is a chance.  We have redesigned our entire product line, from free to premium products, and need a great UI developer to make it all work.  You'll create all the technology - including researching new approaches and recommending them to us.  This is a site that's already seen by over 6 million unique visitors per month, and that number is scaling fast.  We're a company that's already making money, where your work will be immediately visible (to a ton of people), and where you'll be able to create with freedom  This isn't a situation where you're handed a list of requirements from product management, and told what to build.  We want you to come help us figure it out.

On top of all that, we've got a smart, tight-knit team to make you stronger.  The designer you'll be partnering with has designed some of the highest traffic sites in the country, has a ton of amazing work that's waiting for the right tech partner, and happens to be one of the nicest guys on the planet.  So we've got that going for us.

The Skills

• Excellent sense of design
• Your weapons feel like they're part of you:
• You're a UI/ JavaScript/ CSS ass kicker
  • Experience with libraries such as JQuery, YUI or Prototype.js
  • Experience with JSP, JSTL, Custom Tag Libraries
  • Strong OO JavaScript skills
• Experience building highly interactive web applications
• Experience with Java/ J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Spring and other open source tools would make you even scarier - if you aren't that bad-ass yet, this is the place to hone your skills
• Ideally, 2 - 5 years related experience - that said: if you're a rock star with less experience, sending us your resumes a good move
