The Requirements:

  • Proven sales success - a record of exceeding quota consistently
  • Solid experience in selling software/ technology or other related services
  • Born prospector - somebody who's happy to get on the phone
  • Strong comfort level selling large ticket packages (i.e., you're not afraid to talk to execs)
  • Contagiously positive - we want to be smiling when we interview you, and when we work with you
  • Ambitious is good: climbing over others to get to your goal is bad. You should know the difference.
  • Big plus if you have some experience selling sales, marketing, or recruiting solutions
