THE OPPORTUNITY
ZoomInfo is seeking an inside sales leader with the know-how to fuel the company's growth at an even greater pace than it experiences today (Sales Intelligence business up 100% year over year). You'll have the tremendous opportunity to serve three markets (sales, marketing, and recruiting) with a unique and patented technology offering that has earned industry leadership recognition. As our new sales leader, you will be responsible for creating new structure, processes and measurements to drive rapid growth in sales results. You'll be working with highly talented product management and technology teams to define the new product launches that await near term implementation to offer expanded business growth opportunity. Finally, you'll be part of an experienced management team driving the company strategic direction to achieve long term success.
If you're our VP of Sales, you'll have demonstrated that inside sales success starts with structure, process and measurement, and have driven results improvement from early stages of ownership of the sales process, and continuously through work experiences. You must be a passionate, over-achieving, team-oriented, hands-on coach and leader who drives tremendous results, who can assess existing situations and create new approaches to fuel continuous business growth. A history of success leading a team of motivated, career-developing staff members is essential.
