The Skills

• BS in Computer Science
• Experience with Java/J2EE, JSP, JSTL, Custom Tag Libraries, Struts 2, Hibernate, Spring and other open source tools
• Strong OOA/D and SQL
• Experience with libraries such as JQuery, YUI or Prototype.js is a plus
• Experience wiht Solr/Lucene is a plus
• Java ass-kicker
• Experience in a rapid iteration Web app development environment
• Ideally, 2 - 5 years related experience - that said: if you're a rock star with less experience, sending us your resumes a good move
• Ambition is good. Crawling over other people to get ahead is bad. You should know the diference.
• Proud of your work, excited to talk about how you solved hard problems
• Generally good: kind to small animals, checks in with your parents from time-to-time, excited by all things geek
